I have the right to refuse any commission request that I'm not comfortable with

Client must be or be above legal age (18)

You can post and share your commission on your social media - with proper credit of any of my social media

I only take upfront payment via Paypal or Ko-fi (I won't start working on your commission until I recieve the payment)

I don't refund after you approve the sketch, and I don't refund if you didn't like the final result

You may ask about the progress and I'll glady provide a WIP but DON'T RUSH me. Constant pestering will get your commission canceled.

Violating my terms of service will put you on my blacklist - you will not be able to commission me again or purchase designs from me

Provide me with all information and references of the character(ref sheets, screenshots, wow dressing room, etc..). You can also provide me with poses and expression ideas or give me total artistic liberty to come up with them. If you have no art to show, provide me with a clear description. You can also use photos, simple doodles, etc of your idea

Price may vary for complex designs

It may take up to a month or maybe more for your commission (but smaller commissions might take less time) to be finished unless some unexpected events happen that may prevent me from working on it.

If you want commission done at a specific time (birthday, holidays , etc) tell me Before, so we can discuss it (price may vary based on how tight the deadline is)

You can ask me to correct/change anything on the Sketch part. And minor changes during the process. Any additonal major edit made when the drawing is finished (as long it's not my mistake) will cost +10€ each change

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner

Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or site or earn money with it

THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the drawing to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Commercial usage can be discussed

I'ts forbidden to erase my signature as well as edit my work and claim it as your own

If you want the work to remain anonymous, tell me beforehand otherwise I will post it and tag you
